Return Policy

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all original tags and labels.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory to send us at contactzernor@gmail.com.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Used, or improperly packed items cannot be returned.

Exchange:

  • If you receive a damaged product, file a complaint within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Include your Order Number and clear video of the damaged product. Email us at contactzernor@gmail.com.

Return Process:

  • Contact us at contactzernor@gmail.com within 7 days to request a return.
  • Our rider will pick up the package from your delivery address.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
